Data Deletion Instructions

MV Auto respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data associated with the MV Auto app.

Option 1: Delete via the App

The easiest way to delete all your data is directly through the MV Auto app:

Open the MV Auto app on your device
Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm by typing "DELETE" when prompted

This will immediately and permanently delete:

Your account and profile information
All connected social media account tokens
All posts, drafts, and scheduled content
All uploaded media (images and videos)
Your product library and knowledge base
All engagement data and analytics

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request data deletion by emailing us:

Email: privacy@mvauto.app

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include the email address associated with your MV Auto account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once complete.

What Happens After Deletion

All your personal data is permanently removed from our servers
Connected platform tokens are revoked and deleted
Your data cannot be recovered after deletion
Content already published to social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) will remain on those platforms — you must remove it directly through those services

Facebook / Instagram Data

If you logged into MV Auto using Facebook or connected an Instagram account, deleting your MV Auto account will remove all data we received from Meta, including:

Facebook User ID and profile information
Instagram Business/Creator account tokens
Page access tokens
Any insights or engagement data retrieved from Meta APIs

You can also remove MV Auto's access from your Facebook account by visiting Facebook Settings ;→ Business Integrations.
