MV Auto ("we", "our", or "us") operates the MV Auto mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely hashed).

Platform Tokens: When you connect social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok), we store OAuth access tokens encrypted at rest. We never store your social media passwords.

Content Data: Posts, captions, images, and videos you create or upload within the App for scheduling and publishing.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized analytics on App usage to improve performance and user experience.

To connect to and publish content on your social media accounts on your behalf
To provide AI-powered content generation and scheduling features
To send notifications about your scheduled posts and account activity

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram): To connect your Instagram Business/Creator account and publish content. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
TikTok: To connect your TikTok account and publish content. Subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy.
Google/Firebase: For authentication and cloud messaging services.
OpenAI: For AI-powered content generation. Your prompts are processed but not stored by OpenAI for training.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). OAuth tokens are encrypted using industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings, which will permanently remove all your data, connected accounts, and content from our servers.

You have the right to:

Delete your account and all associated data
Disconnect any linked social media account at any time
Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
