Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MV Auto mobile application ("App") operated by MV Auto ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MV Auto is a social media management platform that allows you to:

Connect your Instagram and TikTok accounts
Create, schedule, and publish content to your connected social media accounts
Generate AI-powered captions, hashtags, and content suggestions
Manage a product library for content creation
View engagement analytics and insights

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect third-party social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok), you authorize us to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf, including publishing content you create within the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that content published through the App complies with the terms of service of each connected platform.

You may disconnect any social media account at any time through the App settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You agree not to use the App to publish content that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation
Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains harmful, abusive, defamatory, or hateful material
Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
Violates the terms of the connected social media platforms

6. AI-Generated Content

The App provides AI-powered features for content generation. AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
Resell or redistribute the App's services without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by MV Auto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MV Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from:

Your use or inability to use the App
Any content published through the App
Changes to or discontinuation of third-party platform APIs
Unauthorized access to your account
Service interruptions or downtime

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
